1. WHO WE ARE
Clinically Happy is an educational wellness brand founded by clinical psychology professionals. Our goal is to share research-based insights, tools, and conversations that support emotional wellness in everyday life.
We are not providing psychological treatment, therapy, counselling, assessment, diagnosis, or professional healthcare through this Platform.
2. NOT THERAPY. NOT TREATMENT. NOT A CLIENT RELATIONSHIP.
Nothing on this Platform creates or implies:
A therapist-client relationship
A doctor-patient relationship
A psychological services agreement
A duty of care
A mental health assessment
A treatment plan or diagnosis
Engaging with our content, commenting, emailing, DM’ing, or otherwise interacting with Clinically Happy does not mean you are receiving psychological services from any Clinically Happy psychologist or clinician.
If you need therapy or mental health support, please seek a licensed professional in your area.
If you are in crisis, call your local emergency services or crisis line immediately.
3. NO CONFIDENTIALITY
This Platform is not a clinical setting. It is a public or semi-public space.
Comments, messages, replies, and interactions on Substack are not confidential.
They are not protected by therapist-client privilege.
We are under no professional obligation to maintain confidentiality on this Platform.
Do not share personal health information, private details, or anything you would expect to remain confidential.
4. INFORMATIONAL CONTENT ONLY
All content on this Platform is for general education and informational purposes only. It should not be considered:
Mental health advice
Medical advice
Psychological treatment
A substitute for therapy or professional care
You are responsible for how you use or interpret any content.
5. ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 years or older to use or subscribe to this Platform.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
Paid subscriptions provide access to exclusive content and resources, but they do not include psychological treatment or individualized support.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated by Substack’s billing policies.
7. USER CONDUCT
By using this Platform, you agree not to:
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Post harmful, defamatory, or illegal content
Spam, troll, or disrupt discussions
Impersonate another person
We reserve the right to remove comments or block users who violate these guidelines.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Platform—including text, images, graphics, and downloads—is owned by Clinically Happy or its creators and is protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or sell any content without written permission.

We do not provide confidential services on this Platform. Any personal information you provide through Substack is governed by Substack’s privacy practices.
